The following is the list of tasks that needs to be done on a Sunday Service.

  1. Know the service run-sheet.
    1. Access the runsheet on the services app by using planning center with your own login information.
    2. The app can be downloaded or you can access it on the browser.
  2. Switch on House Screen (Projector), Stage Screen (TV) and Stream Screen (Atom)
  3. Switch on Apple Mac, Log in (pw: passion1249)
  4. Share Screens
  5. Open Pro Presenter
  6. Connect Planning Center – Correct Service
  7. Check to confirm all the screens are working.
  8. Ensure any items that are needed have been uploaded to Pro Presenter.

    2. Videos
    3. Slides
  9. Ensure the Sermon Notes are uploaded if available.

  10. Ensure Scriptures are prepared for Sermon.
  11. Ensure the sound volume is correct on the Multimedia Sound desk.
  12. Ensure spelling / Grammar of all words displayed is correct before the service.
  13. Update Birthday Slide from Planning Center.
    1. Add all people that will have their birthdays in this month.
  14. Update Anniversary Slide from Planning Center
    1. Add all people that will have their birthdays in this month.
  15. Update Events Slide from Calendar
    1. Ask MC 1 if you don’t have information about an event.
  16. Confirm Song-list Sequence is correct with the Band Leader
  17. Play Background Music from 8:30.
    1. Make use of https://www.accuradio.com

    4. Use Contemporary Christian, Top 10 Christian or any approved ones.
  18. Start the Pre-service Video at exactly 9:00 (The video is 7 Minutes)
  19. Start the BRANCHES Song at 09:07.
  20. Start the Service Intro Video directly after BRANCHES song
  21. Support MC 1 with Slides or Videos
    1. Announcements
    2. Events
    3. Birthdays
  22. Show Slides with Music for the Band
  23. Support MC 2 with Slides or Videos
    1. Offering
    2. Ministry Time
    3. Music
      1. Never play music during Service that holds Copyright
      2. You can use the songs on the BTM Music Folder
  24. Support Preacher with Slides, Scriptures or Videos as requested
    1. On WOR Support Communion with Slides or Videos as requested
    2. Please do not use copyright songs as we are streaming live and will be fined if we use songs that hold copyright. 
    3. Use songs from the BTM Music Folder
  25. Support MC 3 with Slides or Videos
    1. Start the CREED Video
  26. Play Background Music after MC 3 dismissed the people
