Facilities management

To ensure that BLAZE TEAM has a personal, private and public area as well as effective facilities to allow BLAZE TEAM to fulfil it’s vision.

According to the vision statement this area is there to catagories all our efforts and thinking into the effective management of the buildings we use for BLAZE TEAM. This includes

• primary building (the one we use on Sundays)
  • Address – Barney Molokwane str 4
• Secondary buildings
  • Buildings used temporarily for to enable BLAZE TEAM to function.

In the vision statement we mention the 3 areas

• Personal
• Private
• Public

These areas are the main focus of our buildings. We would like to specifically enable our Primary building to accomodate these 3 areas.  God spoke to me in 2007 specifically guiding me to have these three areas. He explained each area and told me to have these three areas ready. The aim would be to have these 3 areas functioning 24/7. This is how God explained the differences between them to me.

Public area

This area is for people that want to spend time with believers. Not necesarily ministering, but deffinately relationship time. Sitting down. Having a meal or just spending time with believers. Spending time around believers is a very important part of a believers life.

Personal area

This area is available for people that need personal ministry. They should be able to recieve ministry 24/7. In this area there should be 24/7 ministry through prayer, music or whatever. People in this area may minister to each other, although they should realize that this is not a area to visit or chat about things.

Private

This area is a place where we would like to meet up with God in a peronal manner. No music, No ministry, No guidence. You and God. Nothing else should be allowed. This is the place where God wants to work on specific things – privately.

Facilities Management obviously includes the maintaining of these facilities as well as the planning of new buildings and the upgrade of the current ones. They create areas for offices as well as different forms of ministry. This catagory has different departments that include the following.

• Audio Visual team – Administrating the sound, recording and streaming equipment.
• Kitchen Team – To ensure that we can drink coffee and eat some cookies before and after services.
• Bookshop – To make effective tools available for partners after services.
