All of this sounds quite spectacular and some of us might even think of this as the ultimate Christian life. Sounds like really great Christians.

Here is the problem.

They primarily did nothing. They held back. They did little to actually advance the Kingdom. They mostly watched what He did. They gave bad advice, bad information and even bad follow-up. Hey…….. That sounds like church people.
They little they actually did was not long lasting and deffinately not out of passion. Even when they did some things like driving demons and waking him up in the boat and chopping off ears they had to be rebuked. Now, isn’t that a great picture of what we see in Church today?

Now, the truth of the matter remains that Christ left these uneffective self-willed followers to become the leaders that would transform the world they lived in. The same people that waited on God to do something became the ones tldoing the miracles! They became the men and women that became the showcase of God’s power and influence. They became the movers and shakers!

It is time for us as believers to move away from sitting, waiting and watching. We need to be the ones that people sit and wait around. We need to stop asking God to still the storms, because we need tocal it.

We are the ones that needs to turn the tide. It is up to us!

Arise man and woman of God.

Project 1 is BUILDING EFFECTIVE long term TEAMS
We have allocated the first 10 leaders for teams. We have already created a strong 15 step system to allow leaders to build effective structures for their teams. Each team is designed to fill a specific need. More about the teams in a different post. We are currently spending individual time with specific leaders to ensure that the system gets built from the ground up.

Project 2 is Making people involved in day to day tasks
We have already filled some critical positions with dedicated people. We now have 3 people working the data projector.
The band now has a basist and we also have people helping out with the upload of sermons to the website.
We are still in need of people that can do the following tasks. Sound desk operators. Administrative personel.
If you want to become involved in some of these simple tasks, please contact in any way you can.

Project 3 is Making Disciples
We currently have 3 levels deep disciples. Almost 30 people have been or is currently being discipled! We are making disciples effectively! Thanks for all the disciplemakers doing their part. Become part of the system. Make yourself available to be a a disciple.

As you can see. The 3 projects is ready and kicking.

Although the primary focus will be on sound reduction it will also make our builidng warmer, more profesional and more BABY FRIENDLY.

Aggressively taking the Kingdom is the only way we will possess it. Just like no kingdom in the past could be taken into possession without force. The Kingdom of God can not be taken without it. The Kingdom of God needs to expand. The Kingdom of God needs to advance. We have to take more souls, we have to take more ground and we have to take more finances and resources. There is no way to take without force.

We are called the soldiers of the Kingdom for a reason. Sorry ladies, but there is nothing ladylike to being a soldier!!! This is where the manliness of God is reflected. We are soldiers for war. Battling for the Kingdom ground. No weapon formed against us shall prosper does not mean no weapon will be formed. The Kingdom life is not for the fainthearted, but for the brave. This is truly the kingdom of the brave.

Casey treat says. We have a battle of faith. Without faith there is complacent lifestyle. Without faitht there is a waste of time and energy. The life of a believer (of faith) is lived, only with a violent attack of force.

If you don’t know what you want you can not fight for it. If you don’t know what God told you to do, you can’t fight for it. If you don’t know what you have to stand on, you can’t stand.

Think about it.
Let’s storm the Kingdom ……. let’s take some ground!!!

I must say….. more than ever before in my life. Amazing how simple disciplines allow you to do the impossible in times when there is no time.

The book I am busy with right now, deals with leadership….. teamwork and being part of a team.

In the past few chapters a few things have been really truthful to me.
1. When there is one person…. being lazy or slacking or not measuring up to the rest of the team. The whole team is held back and will eventually overworked.

2. If there is one bad apple. Someone with a negative attitude in your team…. he will eventually make the whole group negative. Deal with him or her. confront them with love.

3. In order for any team to work there is a person needed. A person that goes far and beyound the call of duty. A person that is motivating the whole team. One that works harder than the rest. Appreciate that person and give recognition.

There is so many things happening in BLAZE currently and most of all I have been silent. The reason for my silence is not mistrust or lack of vision. Rather….. lack of time. Good news, is that I have prioritized blogging. I think it is important to keep you in the loop. So….. sorry for my absence….. here we go. I might not right too much at a time, but just enough to get you as excited as I am about what God is doing!

We are currently running 3 extremely large projects. These projects have a primary goal to build the Church and set itself in a place so we can reach our goals. Last year might have seen slow, but God was quick on revelations and instructions. Enough was given to direct me to the future in an effective way. What are these three project

1) We are busy assembling what we consider to be the most important teams for the future. To be able to do that, we have gathered our most skilful leaders to tell us what the team need to do, and how it should be assembled. We have created a model that will allow them to build teams in an effective way. When people get involved in these teams, they will not only know what needs to be done, but effectively be trained to do it.

2) We are recruiting people for day to day work that needs to be done, to make us an effective church, for today, not tomorrow. We need your help to do the simple things, you already have the ability to do. Whatever commitment you can make will assist us in some way. Things from as simple as to make coffee on Sundays to counting the amount of people attending, controlling the dataprojector, making slideshows, recording services and so on….. The list goes on and on and on…. Won’t you get involved? Come on. The Kingdom needs you!

3) We are launching the third project the second week of October and it will be running for only 7 weeks. It is the most daring, powerful and structured discipleship system I have EVER been entrusted with. I want as many people involved as possible, although I know the right people is imperative. It will be and extremely simple discipleship that YOU, yes YOU will be able to do, without high and mighty training…… yet being powerful in discipleship.
